because this meter can read an error when tested/reading xray i am selling it at a huge discount and as not working for parts only. i just dont have the time to see if i can fix the issue myself... but. maybe you have the time to try . . it is being sold for parts not working. so do NOT expect to get a working meter for this low price , i hope you understand, i am trying to be clear about it having problems reading xrays what you see is exactly what you get.. i am a truthful seller . i have a very clean lab. non smoker and no pets. great condition kit. i will ship to out side the usa, if ebay does not show international shipping to your country , just message me because ebay's software SUCKS . and i am being nice. thanks over seas ( outside the usa ) buyers i can get you a cheaper shipping price option but not thru the ebay site, understand, message me for details you can message me at the below cel number... it is next to columbiana ohio .Note--for outside the USA buyers, i cover the item until it reaches your ship-to country , after that, then the responsibility is on you and your local post office. this is because my US post office does not allow me to buy enough insurance to be put on the item when i ship to some countries, so again the risk of being lost in the mail system would be on you.
