Comes w/ Mount, 13 Blades, Oval Ring, Ratchets & Cases. It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working codition. It is guaranteed not to be DOA. The table post works perfect. The recessed lever slides in/out of place easily and turns the rail clamp. The rail clamp has been tested by clamping on to an operating table rail and is operating properly and clamps down tightly. The post coupling firmly holds the horizontal bar and extension bar to the table post. The horizontal bar is able to firmly hold the oval ring in place and the ratchets attachs the blades to the ring properly. Everything fits into two seperate stainless steel cases.
